Matthew joined Shon Group Realty Advisors in 2021 as Manager, Special Projects. He has over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate business with an extensive background in mortgage financing. Prior to Shon Group, he worked as a commercial mortgage broker with one of Canada’s largest mortgage companies, annually funding over $300 million in mortgages across all major asset types. Matthew has a BA and a Diploma in Urban Land Economics, both from the University of British Columbia.
